Suffolk 60 Care focuses on these areas because they care about the Suffolk community and want to assist organizations in need by donating volunteer hours and making financial contributions. Suffolk 60 Care Times donated $54,708 last you to the following organizations: Western Tidewater Free Clinic ($11,563), Genieve Shelter’s CJ’s Place ($10,000), Salvation Army’s Summer Program ($7,500), Chuckatuck Volunteer Fire Dept ($5,900), Foodbank of SE Virginia ($5,000), the Hampton Roads Youth Center ($5,000), YMCA After School Program ($4,750), The Children’s Center ($3,495), and VA Dept. of Health’s Healthy Families Program ($1,500). We have faith that these caring individuals and businesses will again help through their support. We’d like to thank our lead Monitor Merrimac Sponsor, Specialists for Women, for their early and generous support.”
